COVID-19 Claims Information

We understand that your business may have been negatively affected as a result of the outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19).  We want you to know that we are here for you and will help you in any way that we can.  If you would like to submit a claim in relation to COVID-19, please fill out the form below so that our Claims Department can further assist you.

Please be advised that there is likely no coverage for these types of claims, however it is up to each individual insurance company to make that determination.  As your agents, we will do everything we can to guide you through this process.  Note: there is no guarantee that submitting this claim will have no impact on your future premiums.

**Disclaimer: submitting this claim request form does not automatically submit the claim to the insurance company. You should receive an initial confirmation e-mail from us, informing you that our agency has received your request. Once the claim has been filed by our agency’s Claims Department, you will receive a confirmation email and claim number to notify you that the claim has been filed with your insurance company.
