The J. Morey Company Mobile App
The J. Morey Company, Inc. now offers you an enhanced customer service experience by introducing secure 24/7 policy access and customer service options through our mobile app.
In order to log into the mobile application, you must have an active policy with The J. Morey Company as well as a client portal (CSR24) login. Your login information will be the same for both the desktop CSR24 portal and the mobile app. If you do not have a CSR24 login yet, you must first request your login information through our Client Access Portal page.
Please note that the client portal is currently available for personal lines policies only.
Here are instructions on how to download and install the application onto your iOS or Android device:
iOS
1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and go to the “Search” tab at the bottom of your screen
2. Type in “J. Morey” and press Search
3. Find the “J. Morey Company Mobile” app and select the “GET” button to the right of the application title
4. Type in your Apple ID account password or place your finger on the Home button to activate Touch ID (if set up)
5. Open the app and log into your account to get started! *CSR24 login must be set up first – request here*
Android
1. Open the Google Play Store or Market app on your Android phone or tablet
2. Type in “J. Morey” and press search
3. Select the “J. Morey Company Mobile” app then tap “Install”
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the transaction
5. Open the app and log into your account to get started! *CSR24 login must be set up first – request here*
