With more than a dozen fires burning across Northern and Southern California, thousands of buildings and acres have already been destroyed. We want to provide information of who you can contact if you have been affected by the fire and need to file a claim.

Mercury Insurance

Mercury Insurance homeowners policyholders that have been affected by the fires should call the Mercury Claims Hotline at (800) 503-3724. Their claims team is available 24/7 to help you. Claims can also be filed online here. They can also assist with arranging temporary housing and living expenses if you have been affected by a covered loss.

Safeco Insurance

Safeco Insurance homeowners policyholders that have been affected by the fires should call the Safeco Claims Hotline at (800) 332-3226. Their claims team is also available 24/7 to help you.

Be sure to contact Safeco as soon as possible regarding any claims. Have your policy number ready and do not alter (move or remove) any property that is related to your claim.

 

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company

Nationwide Insurance policyholders that have been affected by the fires should call the Nationwide Claims Hotline at (800) 421-3535. Claims can also be filed online here.

Be sure to contact Nationwide as soon as possible regarding any claims. Have your policy number ready and do not alter (move or remove) any property or debris in areas related to your claim.

The Nationwide Catastrophe Response Unit is also available to help those affected by the Santa Rosa wildfire with claims, giving policyholders the opportunity to speak with Nationwide claims experts face-to-face.
