Our carriers are ready to help those affected by the recent California Wildfires including the Woolsey and Camp Fire Wildfires

With huge fires rapidly burning in both Southern and Northern California, hundreds of buildings and acres have already been destroyed. We want to provide information of who you can contact if you have been affected by the fire and need to file a claim.  Here is information about our carriers:

 

Mercury Insurance

Mercury Insurance homeowners policyholders that have been affected by the fires should call the Mercury Claims Hotline at (800) 503-3724. Their claims team is available 24/7 to help you. You can file a claim online here. They can also assist with arranging temporary housing and living expenses if you have been affected by a covered loss.

Be sure to contact Mercury as soon as possible regarding any claims. Have your policy number ready and do not alter (move or remove) any property or debris in areas related to your claim.

Nationwide Insurance

Nationwide Insurance policyholders that have been affected by the fires should call the Nationwide Claims Hotline at (800) 421-3535 or at www.nationwide.com/insurance-claims-center.jsp. It is ideal for all customers to report their claims directly to Nationwide to ensure they receive all service offerings.

MAPFRE Insurance

New losses can be reported to 1-877-MAPFRE1.  Catastrophe calls will be routed to an adjuster “on call” to answer all unnecessary questions and get the claims process started.


State Compensation Insurance Fund

State fund is offering 30-Day credit extensions to policy holders experiencing business disruptions due to the fires.  Call (888) 782-8338 to request an extension or if you have questions.
